I am busy trying to ensure that we find creative, exciting and relevant responses to the challenge of creating a healthier nation in a changing marketplace. Our work in young people sport and general wellbeing is exciting and potentially rewarding as we head in to 2012. I have found that I have become far more active and healthier myself as we have worked with a wide array of positive health initiatives. I have recently signed up as a mentor for Sported and Enterprising Acorns in an effort to give back a little of what I have learned.

Things are moving at a fast pace and I am busy making sure that the Sporting Champions programme is delivered with impact. I am also leading on our work in providing an independent platform for people to exchange and share views on Young People in Sport. This year I have really looked to find some life/ work balance and to get the best out of each and every day.

I am making sure we are at the forefront of providing a great service offer to clients and new customers to help them find powerful speakers who will help inspire people at events and conferences. Busy with our new website, I am also enjoying a new generation of young people in our family. They keep me busy and keep me entertained!
