Feeling shattered, bit depressed as Champions all tired, just really not sure if we have the energy to continue another year as a champion, even though we had just received our accreditation following a successful first year was the way I came to the Networking Event at Chelmsford.
It was an inspirational experience, time to relax, chat, listen and learn and to come away feeling encouraged and regenerated. The proof of the pudding is in the eating, and I came back, yes the problems are the same, I have no more hours in the day or evening, but I have set up and run within the month a full day heath awareness event…
