Results

Creating Excellence has a clear record of success across its portfolio of three brands. The success has been attributed to clear and detailed planning, exemplar customer service and experience of project managing and delivering a variety of interventions in each market sector. In the past year;

Inspirational Speakers

· 90% of clients post-event evaluations stated that the speaker provided had been ‘excellent’
· 95% of clients stated that the quality and accuracy of diagnostics on matching the needs of the company to the selection of a speaker being placed was ‘outstanding’.

“I was particularly impressed with the quick turn around on enquiries and the number of options for speakers given after the initial enquiry. I find Helen Williams a pleasure to work with and she always makes the process stress free, which when organising an event is priceless. I have used Inspirational Speakers previously and would not hesitate to use them again.”
Tracey Brooke, MIDAS

Role Models

· Through high level campaigning the team of 115 Sporting Champions delivered a total of 450 visits to over 90,000 young people across England.
· RAMP Community projects increased sporting participation in the mentees by 16% and increased the number of mentees in employment and training by 14%.
· In its first year, the Team England Footballers Charity Outreach Programme surpassed it key performance indicator of the number of young people engaged in the programme by 519%.

“Bryan [RAMP mentor] had a positive influence on our young people… the young people who completed the 6 month RAMP programme are now looking at future courses and job prospects – even attending college all of which none of them would have been prepared to do without RAMP”
Connexions, Sandwell

Fit For Business

· Fit For Business serves approximately 60 companies/organisations delivering Health & Wellbeing Interventions in the Workforce, predominantly across the East of England.
· Reach of Fit For Business across all organisations covers estimated 35,000 workplace employees.
· Reach of the Big Lottery Funded ‘Wellbeing In The East’ project was originally targeted to reach 20,000 but exceeded this target to reach 33,000 participants who are all being encouraged to opt for healthier lifestyle choices.
· In five Department of Health interventions a throughput of 3000 staff participated, 75% of the total staff.

“We had planned a wellbeing day at Mid Essex PCT unfortunately the original people due to help were unable to.  Lauren from the Fit for Business team came up with a whole range of different things for work colleagues to try from Indian Head massage to reflexology and supplied a Wii which went down very successfully she pulled this together within a week and I have to congratulate her on her hard work and determination. Whenever I have asked for posters, information it has been sent straight away, they [Creating Excellence] always answer the telephone and the support tools provided help us to deliver.  The whole support is first class and now I have been asked to lead on the FFB at Mid Essex I am not stressed about it as I know I will get the support I need from the FFB team.”
