I am determined to use 2010 to find creative and exciting ways to lead the fantastic Creating Excellence team into the countdown for the 2012 Games and to respond to the demands of a changing marketplace. Hoping to lose my ‘two left feet’ nickname at Salsa classes!

Executive Director

Along with my fellow WPC ( Workplace Champion- for the uninitiated!) Helen, it’s my job to set out the health and wellbeing plan for the team. We are both a bit wacky so we have to be good listeners to be able to offer a programme that offers something for everyone! The crazy ideas have to be tempered with a touch of reality – after all, we know that the FFB mantra of ‘small change, big difference’ works well.  My new year, new me aim is to get more active – I will get there with a little help from my friends.

Office Manager

I am the glue that holds the office together, I make sure everything and everyone is in line! I have just celebrated a landmark birthday and I look forward to setting some personal challenges for the months ahead both within the company and within my personal life.

Inspirational Speakers Brand Manager

I’m Welsh Helen and I run our Inspirational Speakers Bureau. Outside of work I enjoy walking, I play golf and attend Ballroom and Latin dance classes with Footsteps Ballroom which helps me stay fit, healthy and young at heart!

Role Models Brand Manager

I am the Role Model Brand Manager, looking after a number of contracts for different clients, each using role models to change people’s behaviour. Will be investing in Sky this winter. I am convinced that my raised dedication to following the mighty Liverpool reds will bring about a trophy or two!

Role Models Relationship Manager

I try to engage with young people to raise their standard of living through the influence of current and former athletes.
My current interest are spending time with my family and, as an ex-Olympic silver medalist I never want to go near a bike again!

Company Bookkeeper

I am the Finance Department within Creating Excellence & have been with the company for over a year now.  My role is support for the Team.  Outside of work I can be seen pounding the streets (Jogging) probably running off our latest fad at home of cooking Indian food!

Health Promotion Specialist

My role is promoting health through the workplace, encouraging staff to become healthier through increased physical activity, healthy eating and improving their wellbeing. Outside of work I enjoy going to Jazzercise and riding my bike….when its not too icey!

Health Promotion Specialist

One of the few boys in the office, I support the major Fit For Business accounts. I try to encourage others to keep fit and healthy while resisting the call of ‘Cadbury’s’! I am happiest when in the mountains with planks strapped to my feet!

Project and Marketing Manager

I work in Role Models team to help keep all the projects on track and I also conduct marketing activity within Creating Excellence. Outside of work I love keep fit at the gym where I have recently discovered the joys of weight training for fitness alongside my cardio workouts!
