Wells Sports Foundation Patron Jessica Ennis receives 3rd place at awards

Wells Sports Foundation patron and 2009 World Championship gold medallist heptathlete, Jessica Ennis received third place in this years BBC Sports Personality of the Year awards, the 23 year old heptathlete came third at the awards - which were held this year in her home town of Sheffield - behind racing driver Jenson Button (second place) and 2009’s winner of the award, Footballer, Ryan Giggs.

Jessica is Patron of the newly founded Wells Sports Foundation which Creating Excellence supports.
