We aim to find the right speaker from a range of people, to find the appropriate style, personality and overall “fit” for your event. Our team is well established with a profound understanding of the promotional marketplace adopting a fresh, enthusiastic and challenging approach, within and beyond a sports arena. How much does a speaker cost? Speakers can range from approximately £250 to £150,000 depending on your choice of speaker, the location and the time they are required to speak for. Helen is available on 01245 328303 to advise you on costs and to answer any questions that you may have. How long does a speaker speak for? For an after dinner speech the average time is approximately 35 minutes and for business speeches it’s about 45 minutes to an hour. However each event is unique and these times can be adapted according to your requirements. Timings, subject matter and style of delivery can all be discussed to meet your needs. In addition to the basic fee there can be direct expenses, such as travel and accommodation. We always make clear the total costs when you make your enquiry. These will be agreed with you when you are booking. Are speakers reliable? We have a reputation for only working with reliable and experienced speakers. Take a look at our testimonials if you don’t believe us! Does the speaker use presentation aids? It is often interesting for the audience when a speaker enhances the presentation with slides, props, interactive aids or AV presentations. Each presentation is unique and can be adapted to your needs, so just let us know what those needs are and we’ll make every effort to meet them. Is it possible to contact the speaker? Prior to the event you will be put in contact with your chosen speaker. Work with them to help them become familiar with your event or organisation, and ultimately the audience. Let the speaker know what you expect and don’t forget to inform them of who else is speaking at your event to avoid duplication. Can I book over the Internet? No, but you can make an initial enquiry via email. This is because in order to achieve excellence results for you, we need to gain an insight into your event and your requirements so that we can give the best advice possible.
